Our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and KYC Policy

The purpose of anti-money laundering procedures is to ensure that customers engaging in financial transactions with the participation of company sites are identified on a reasonable basis with a reasonable set of identity data for law-abiding customers. Canterbury Service Limited., has developed anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism financing in accordance with international legal requirements. The company carefully monitors suspicious behavior and transactions and reports such behavior to the appropriate authorities in a timely manner.

The minimum required identity data of a corporate to open a trading account is as follow :

  1. Certificate of Incorporation
  2. Memorandum and Articles of Association
  3. Details of Ownership and Structure Control (an ownership chart)
  4. Certificate of Incumbency or similar document(s) listing the officers, directors, shareholders and/or other individuals with signing authority.
  5. Certificate of Good Standing
  6. Board resolution authorizing the agent/contact to transact with Tether.to
  7. Documents sufficient to describe the ownership and control structure of the company indicating % interests of ultimate beneficial owners.
  8. Company Bank Statement issued within the past 90 days
  9. List of current officers registered
  10. List of current directors registered
  11. Proof of registered office and business address (if different from registered office)
  12. Canterbury KYC Form
